[OOC] Significant-Negative - Confrontation with Agnetha

Received: Day 331
Details:
[ in a room, the goddesses on Michele's side and Eva ]

Agnetha: And why should I translate this, give me one good reason.
Michele: It's going to happen whether you like it or not, Agnetha.
Agnetha: Then they can sign the bloody thing without reading it, can't they?
Ingrid: I've gotten into a lot of trouble in the past when I haven't --
Michele: They found each other, Agnetha. So either we get on Odin's good side or risk his wrath later on.
Agnetha: [ bursts into laughter ] Oooh, Odin's wrath!
[ Michele stares her down ]
Agnetha: I'm shaking in my boots.
Michele: We're all on board. You should be too.
Agnetha: Are you. All on board.
Ingrid: I believe in destiny. And love.
Agnetha: [ mutters ] Now I want to puke. And you?
Stacey: I go where she goes.
Agnetha: [ chuckles ] Such a follower. But how do you feel, being the object of a contract?
Eva: Depends. Do I have to sign it?
Agnetha: If you want to marry Odin, you do.
Eva: Then I'd like to know what it says.
Agnetha: Hand it over.
[ Ingrid hands it to Agnetha. Michele folds her arms, feeling trepidation ]
Agnetha: [ flips some pages, sighing ] Uh, the first section defines the parties involved, the joining of two families in an unbreakable union. You okay so far?
Eva: [ glances at the others ] Sure.
Agnetha: And then, specifies best translated to dowry. You're being traded like cattle.
Eva: It's my father, I expect nothing less.
Agnetha: Blah blah blah . . . . and then we get to who brings what to the wedding fest. I don't know how you're going to get a porch of elk in New Zealand.
Eva: I can get a good cut of venison.
Agnetha: And there's this stuff about the good guild.
Michele: The what?
Agnetha: The good guild. It's where the gods gather to sanctify the union and get pissed.
[ Ingrid smiles knowingly ]
Agnetha: And there's the bit at the bottom about the happy couple and their celestial guardians sign on the dotted line.
[ Michele turns to look at Eva ]
Eva: And that's it?
Agnetha: That's it.

Impressions:
- The Goddesses really feel like Michele's rather than anyone else's. They're hers and she takes care of them, like it or not.
- Not fond of Agnetha :|
- Michele is confused by who is Frigg. Eva or Gaia???
